I got 2 tiny (about 1-1.5mm diameter) chips on my windshield today. What do I use to fill it up? or do I just leave it there? But it looks kinda whitish.

Dude....windshield chips r usually covered under your insurance. The insurance will fix them for free. I had a big chip in mine and called my insurance agent, they sent a local windshield repair company out to where i work and fix it right there on the spot. Cost me nothing but a phone call to the insurance company. Try it.

Yup insurance will cover it for free. I did Safelite Autoglass, they came to my work and did it. Also they contacted my insurance and did all the BS. All I had to do was sign. Call 1-800-800-ASAP
They are nation wide.
