From what all the handy guys on the forum say..brakes arent that hard. Perhaps another enthusiast in your area is willing to do it for you for less?

I just recently got my brakes changed at bmw and i paid around 600 for them. And after a month they were squeaking....finally went to bmw and they fixed it. I hate spending that much on brakes.
