So the summer season is coming to a close and it is time for one last bbq before we put our babies to sleep for the winter. This bbq will again be open to all cars no matter what your style is. This is being put together by a group of us dedicated to bringing Springfield's car enthusiasts back together. We are not a club, we do not represent any specific car make or model. Rather, we are a group of friends who enjoy cars and enjoy hanging out. Most of the car "clubs" or "groups" in the 417 area have gotten bad names for the way they act or the way they represent themselves. We are not like this, as we do not discriminate against you for your vehicle or your style, as it is yours and yours alone. You might have seen some of us at the last bbq we put together, which in my opinion was quite successful. We had a number of people from surrounding areas including people from KC, Joplin, Fulton, Arkansas, and perhaps even some other places that we were not aware of. We want to say thanks to those that came out to the last event, and we welcome you all to attend this one as well. As you may have noticed from the last event, we call our little group Truform.

This time around we hope to make this bbq quite the turnout for Springfield and the surrounding towns, as we've partnered with NickDUB Photography to help make this event happen, and happen BIG. It is time to show other places that Springfield has a respectable car community. So this will be posted on numerous other car forums as well, and if you feel like you want to post it for people from another forum to come to, please do.

We've set up a time and place that we think should accommodate everyone comfortably, The Springfield Lake Country Soccer Dome, so mark your calenders for Sept. 7th at 12 noon. We are planning activities again as well.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Stay tuned for more up-to-date information!!!

The actual address is
2334 E. Pythian St; Springfield, MO

Would love some fellow BMW enthusiasts to show up and meet. Springfield has a LARGE amount of BMW's, but there is no outlet for get togethers. I can personally guarantee this is going to be a big meet, and a great way for BMW drivers to prove against the stuck up stereotype!

Hope to see you there and will answer any questions in this thread.
