Hey everyone,

I've been visiting this site for some time, but this is my first post. Not to long ago I picked up my first beemer, a 2000 323ci (all 4 members of my fam drive bmw's so it was inevitable). It's a pretty sweet ride, maybe not compared to some of yours, but for a 22 yr old student it's certainly a start. The car came with a pair of spoilers which I'm not a huge fan of.

What I'd like to do is remove both spoilers and put on a simple m3 style lip spoiler. Is it possible to remove the trunk spoiler (it appears to be bolted on)? and if so, do you recommend it?

I've attached a pic. If I do remove the pair, I'd be happy to hook someone up with a nice deal.

If you remove your trunk spoiler you will have 2 holes in your trunk.... Unless you want to repaint your whole trunk, just leave it on. Once you start modding and do a nice body kit etc it will flow nice. Just keep it on

That's what I figured. I may remove the Rear-window spoiler though since it's not bolted on.

If you do this, and still feel like having something more subtle, the ACS roof spoiler looks great, especially with the M lip spoiler.

When I bought the car it already had the clear rears on (as well as the sides). I also have the OEM lights. I haven't purchased the front to match yet though.

yups, it is going to be a pain to take it off. It's gonna cost a lot of money just to fill up two little holes in your trunk. If I were you, I would keep that on and take the top one off. Good luck!

Just like frankie said once u get a body kit and stuff you will start to like it:thumbup:

i aint really feeling them two spoilers but if you have the cash(to fill holes and paint) take it off and put on the m lip and maybe the ACS roof spoiler????
