Spark Plugs for 330i 2001

I have a 2001 330i with 50,000 miles on it...

I am thinking about replacing my spark plugs but don't know which is the best for my car. Any recommendations?

Stock plugs come in 2 varieties: NGKs and Boschs.

which ones are better? I heard some good stuff about the new BOSCH platinum +4 plugs... but is it worth getting?

Also, for the NGK, which model of plugs are good for performance?

Or if you're adventurous, try some Denso Iradiums.
