at this 41k miles, I expect clutch and flywheel should be good.

vanos rebuilt and rod bearing replacement. even I don't think I need vanos and rod bearing but the shop highly recommended me to do that. anyway spend over $4k

At only 41K miles and have the VANOS rebuild and rod bearings replace is a bad way to spend moneys.
