Use a hammer and a flat head screwdriver to get started, then turn the hammer around and use the nail remover to pop the rest of the spot welds out.
My original plan was to use the flathead to do the whole thing, but it's pretty hard to do....so i used the backside of the hammer, and the spot welds just popped out super easy....bass is awesome in the car afterwards.
