I just wired the 504M shock sensor into the hood pin wiring area.

However, nothing happens.

The sensor lights up green when I hit it, but the alarm does not go off?

Any ideas?

I wired the yellow wire to the negative battery terminal. The red wire to the battery positive terminal. Took the green wire and wired with the purple wire.
