How do u remove old shift knob on a automatic 328i?

Puuuuuuuuuuuuuull like a mofo.

Move your face out of the way so you don't punch yourself.

You might wanna twist side to side before hand to crack any cold welds or loosen any glue.

Check first there is no small locking screw somewhere on the side.

Essentially though, it just comes straight up.
