Can I delete my secondary air pump if I’m running high flow cats ? Or can I only delete if I’m running Catless ?

I don’t want to have any check engine light or emission lights.

The secondary air pump is irrelevant to running cat/catless. You can delete it if you like. Or not.

Deleting your pump will cause your check engine light to come on, and you will fail emission testing. If you don't have emission testing, there are ways around getting the check engine light to not come on. The air pump essentially is just for cleaner emissions. It helps warm up your cat, which is good for emissions since it really only works when hot, and it helps your cat do its job more efficiently. If you're running cat less an air pump isn't doing much.
