It looks like my right rear tire is sagging in a bit and has more negative camber than my left tire. Could this mean damaged components or just worn out parts? I just don't want this eating away by inner tire.

Worn parts, or alignment hasn't been done in a while.

Some prefer negative camber, it gives better grip in the corners.

The sport package camber specks (including ZHP) were around -2.0 for the rear tires, -1.3 for the front ones.
What are the values for your rear wheels? It should be considerable if one tire has a lot more wear then the other.
Too much difference can be an indication for an accident. Check if a lower control arm is bent.
