Does anyone know if someone manufactures some sort of pipe to replace the rubber tube between the maf and the engine?

The only one to do it so far is Injen. I'm also looking into the Z4 intake tube. You will notice they revised it where the bends are near the top and not at the bottom near the throttle entry. Also the Z4 3.0 intake tube goes from 4 inches at the top near the MAF down to 3 inches near the throttle. This is to overcome the ridges and allow a smoother flow into the throttle body.

I can take a pic of the intake tube if there is a request, it's sitting right here. The only prob is that it's not a direct port from Z4 to 330 intake tube because they moved the vaccum tube that attaches to the tube on the Z4 down to the lower tube that attaches to the throttle. So you'd have to buy both pieces. Also the Z4 intake tube is very very thin plastic. Not good for heat except the Z4 engine bay has alot more room to breath.
