i just got the OEM aluminum e-brake & was wondering what you guys used to keep it in place. did you just glue it? that's not really an option I wanted to do but I see no other choice. it spins around on the shaft like a skateboard wheel!!!!!!!!!

damn. will you must be lucky because i purchased one for my 325 & it couldn't be any looser. you can spin it with your hand. it blows.

hmm... you might want to try some lock-tite or something. Maybe take it off and put it back on? :dunno: i don't really remember if it has a locking tab or anything- like I said I just shoved it down and it stayed. Good luck man

is there a little screw that tightens on it? i know the ACS one does.

thanks but i've tried all these things i'm just going to send it back. just the slightest pressure & it goes flying off the end like a patriot missle. i put my plastic one back on & it's great. i can't believe BMW actually sells this to fit my car. it's absolutely atrocious.
