I was told snow tires make a huge difference can anyone recommend a good snow tire for my 17" stock rims.

or should i just keeop the car in the garage and stay home when it snows :O)

I just ordered a set of Bridgestone WS-50's for my stock 17" wheels from tirerack. Not the best handling, but probably best snow/ice tire. Get snows or don't use the car...Good Luck.

We usually don't get as much snow as our friends up North of us so I just got a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks which are supposed to be pretty good handling in dry weather and do okay as well in snow and wet. We'll see.....ice predicted for tonight in the DC area.
