There are too many variables to determine actual wheel horsepower from just brake horsepower.
I'd guess probably 80% of the bhp is whp.

Crank horsepower is probably the most useless number in the world. Very few manufacturers of performance parts actually measure at the crank, they usualy just convert the wheel power using 15 or 20% formula. Since everbody uses different number for drivetarin loses and the loses are not really linear comparing chp makes no sense.
It looks like you are looking for some FI kit for your M3 - ask the manufacturer for the dyno (although those can be massaged too)
