Yes. My car has that exact set up on it right now.

Koni/Eibach with 18x8's

I'm running 18x8's with Koni yellows and Eibach lowering springs. Installed 5 k ago and rides great, put smaller spring pads in the back along with new shock mounts and reinforcing plates all around.
