from doing searches, its pretty much been established that the "Polarg B-1 M-7 hybrid" bulbs are the best for your front and rear indicators

i just got my bav auto magazine and realize that piaa makes 1156 bulbs that are silverish/blue and have the same wattage as the polarg brand

however, the piaa's are cheaper for a twin pack

i thought piaa was always a good name to trust as far as lighting

i am now having doubts about the polargs........are the polargs alright??

Only problem w/Polargs is that they probably don't have the offset pins, meaning you'd have to shave off one of 'em, possibly exposing yourself to intermittent contact.

You could go for the Philips Silvervisions (if you want silver bulbs that glow amber) or go for Osram Diadems -- they're bluish silver too.

Don't get me wrong, I like Polarg -- I've got Polargs for my sidemarkers, and they're awesome, but I decided to go for the Silvervisions 'cause they're made with offset pins, just like the Osrams the BMWs come with.

You said that PIAA makes 1156 bulbs with a reflective coating? If so, where can you buy these?
