I did a search, but I cant find what materials that I can tell the body shop to use so they will paint my trim...im ordering the front m-tech bumper in two weeks and I want my trim painted....but no body shop will do it cause they say since its crinkle plastic....but I know in the past when people have gotten it done their body shop used flex agent or some special primer?? anybody know what I can tell them to use so they can do it???:dunno:

I would tell them to sand it down really well and tell them to use a special brand of primer that will make paint stick to plastic like you trim. My bodyshop guy who works on BMW and Benz for like 20 years says.. theres no reason paint wont stick.. but its got to be sanded well and primered correctly so the paint will stick.. paid 200 for everything :thumbup:
