My 2003 325ci has a problem with idling in a way that when I’m parked the RPM’s on the tachometer will go up about 500-600 RPM’s by its self for a few seconds then it will go back to normal idling RPM’s for about 30 seconds or so and then proceed to repeat all while I’m parked and not applying on gas. What could it be ?

Yes, a scanner or app that lets you read engine trouble codes, view engine parameters, shows emissions monitors, etc.
