Easiest way to check for cross connected pre-cat O2 sensors is to disconnect one then look at voltages of both using OBD Fusion (or other scanner). The disconnected one will have 0V.

Nope. The front O2 sensor is bank 1 (for cylinders 1-3), not bank 2.
