I recently got a 2002 325i and none of the windows will go all the down unless I keep the window switch depressed. I have searched and tried all the things I found that others have tried when they had this problem. I'm thinking the one touch option for the windows has been turned off by the dealer. Anyone care to comment on my problem?

You kind of answered your own question. Previous owner may have also disabled it with a scanner tool.

If the one touch function is not working when closing and opening the windows, you can be sure it is disabled.
Find yourself someone local with a tool that can help you program the car, BMW stealership usually charges way too much.

Thanks for your response confirming what I suspected. I can live without the one touch feature but if the opportunity presents itself, I will get it turned on.
