Yesterday I saw a 330i touring with 58000km at a used car dealer in Germany. That car is almost perfect without the heavy and self-right-turning steering wheel and red brake calipers. Is that an option, when the car is manufactured? As the information says, it is a car which from an 82 years old retired man. I really don't think he will paint the brake caliper in red. Maybe I am wrong?

Should I take that car with the price 10,990€? No other Issues.

so sounds like your saying the car has heavy steering and pulls right, could be a number of issues, does it do so while driving in a straight line or only when braking? At this age given the mileage its possible suspension bits have worn out from age rather than use as mileage is still low...
Straight line. Dealer says that is because of tire. I am not agree.

Tire Profile looks like V.
