Yes, but you either need 4 fronts or 4 backs, I forget which.

I think I've heard this one before... From my understanding, the fronts fit, but the rears don't w/o some kinda modification. For a more definitive answer, click here

You use four (4) front rims.

Rears have an offset that is incompatible with the standard E46.

Only the front will fit. The rear is running a low offset so it will not fit. You'll need to get 4 OEM E46 M3 front wheels.
