What do I need to check to see if this is disconnected or bad? This oxygen heater (is that what this is?) I’m trying to pass my smog for CA. Everything works fine. Only thing wrong with the car is it takes a little bit to heat up the cabin than it does in my 335is (which is typically within 2 minutes).
