yeah, that's on rte 84 in the bay area, I used to drive that route hard all the time. I guess what happened was that someone coming the other way was taking up part of the wrong lane (narrow, narrow road) and the driver ended up flipping over and rolling. Unharmed, if I recall correctly, which is pretty damn good for a topless car...
