I am not sure if this is the way it is done in UUC TSE and I am sorry if I am divulging out any information,
but a tunable exhaust is obtained by changing the resonance of the exhaust gases.
I am not sure which place or location in the exhaust system is the resonance changed, but i speculate that doing so at the very end would be the best place.
