Whats the benefits of relocating the air temp sensor? Never seen this mod before :hmm:
Hey custom, Pm if you want a kit~

Made this post about it:

A lot of people over at M3Forum have been discovering the benefits of relocating the temperature sensor that is built into our MAF's that often heat soak after a short time of driving decreasing performance (timing) and not being able to give a accurate reading of what the true temperature is.

Here is a test you can do with your own car! Using a App (torque) see how far from ambient temperature you are from what your MAF is reading. At some points it will be only 30 above and some 60 and even more and NEVER go back done until very long time has passed.

After the relocation it will be a lot closer to ambient temp or just slightly higher depending where you mount it in or outside the air intake box and NEVER go past a unrealistic temp that your engine bay is at and not the current air coming in.

If anyone is interested in DIY relocating the IAT, PM me~
