BMW is at it yet again. This time the ubiquitous blue coolant is to be phased out and a changeover to green has already begun.
The new formulation is of HT-12 composition, whereas the old familiar blue coolant was G48.
According to BMW the green (not Prestone or new Zerex fluorescent green BTW) is compatible with the old faithful blue:
