It started a week or so ago when I ordered a CSL diffuser and splitters for my 2004 M3. So I placed the order and two days later I got a email stating that they actually don't have the diffuser in stock. Ok so whatever I figured they wouldn't take the money out of my account and I could just go else where. Well no they still took the money out of my account for the diffuser that they don't even have and had to wait another two days to be refunded.

But I still had the splitters coming to my house from them which were supposed to be 2-day shipping but ended up taking more than twice the time to get here. They finally got her today, went out to my garage to throw them on, and yeppp..... No surprise there. They don't fit!

I ordered from umnitza awhile ago and I never had an issue with them so I'm not sure as to what's going on with them now but I will for sure be taking my business to Ecs Tuning, Turner, Bav auto, and Bimmian from now on to save myself the headache.

Sorry you feel that way. Your order for the rear diffuser was marked in stock through our JIT inventory with our supplier who failed to update the inventory levels. The site is setup to automatically take payment like 99.99% of sites on the internet.

You ordered on Saturday early morning, and were refunded Tuesday @ 3pm once our supplier notified us on Monday afternoon that they didn't have it. It took us 1 day to try to find another source and when we didn't we immediately refunded you. Additionally, we also notified your account on Monday of this information:
04/28/2014 09:55:43 Yes Order Status Update Notification Sorry, we made this label under the assumption based on inventory showing in stock that we had the parts. Unfortunately, we currently do not.
How long are you willing to wait for these?
Also, you specifically said that you were willing to wait 48 hours to determine if we could find another for you:



If the splitters don't fit properly, email us a photo and let's try to work it out.

Well I sent you guys an email the other day and you have yet to reply to me but reply to my feedback post? Please either email me back or return my phone calls. I'm not sending a photo or wasting anymore of my time I want my money refunded in full as I'm sending the splitters back.
