Does anyone know were to get neo chrome rims? or look a likes?

It is an expensive process, hence why you don't see it much. It is an additive added to the chrome plating process. Take the cost of chrome plating, then add more cost for the additive and possible extra steps. I think, minimum, you won't find any neo chrome wheels for less than $2500-3000.
