well thats how they pull it up.........dealers piss me off, i got a guy at mercedes that helps me out all the time, some dealerships are just lazy..

Not lazy...it's BMW Company policy...they literally can't without a VIN...

it won't work.. even if you have the vin, all orders from US containing CSL parts are automatically rejected at germany.

that came from a guy who works at the bmw part department
