Gentlmen, I need help replacing the dash speakers on my girlfriend's little sister's VW Beetle with Monsoon sound.
In the dash she currently has a mid and a tweeter with wiring running to each of them. We just bought a Polk Audio 2-way 3.5" speaker that I am going to maneuver to fit in the opening. Could I combine the positive and negative wiring from the tweeter and mid and run it to the new 3.5" speaker or would that have negative consequences?
I know this isn't BMW or E46 related but I was hoping I could get some help from some audio experts on here.
