As above, but you need to turn that control to the point that it will feel like you're gonna break it till you see the time change.

i can't open the file at work, can someone just tell me how to set the clock? i searched like a good boy. '04 e46 standard cd player, i believe.

The the rightside knob in your dash, twist it like you would to adjust the time on a wrist watching.
