I tried to re-register my car through mail. A few weeks passed, and got my check back with the registration slip. Says, "no record of inspection". :facepalm:

I wont be able to pass emissions with my SES light being on for having no catalytic converters. If anyone knows how to beat the emissions test or no a place that will pass me without any questions, let me know.
If you dont want to blow up their spot, then just PM me with their location and price.
