Could you list what parts are cheap on my car? because last time i checked, a big stack of bmw recipts for just parts isnt cheap :hmm:I'm sorry but my standards of a BMW are higher than cheap parts that make them look fake and tacky.

I'm glad you've done your maintenance. It's usually not the case with younger BMW owners. The "cheap" that I was speaking of is the wheels, spray painted interior, spray painted engine bay, spray painted calipers, knock off dynavin. That being said just because I don't like it doesn't mean you shouldn't though. It is your car and its your cash. I am just a different type of person and it doesn't mean that I'm right or wrong. I view BMW as a higher end classy car, so when I add or change something on any of my BMWs I do it differently. I would never take a spray can to anything on my cars. I don't want to argue with anyone about this and it shouldn't get ugly. Im sure the majority of BMW owners over the age of 30 would agree with me on the way that you cosmetically did your car. Once again its great that you did your maintenance and that definitely gets points around here. Good day and enjoy your car.Could you list what parts are cheap on my car? because last time i checked, a big stack of bmw recipts for just parts isnt cheap :hmm:
Also thanks Gasturbine for the support, im fine with people saying what they think about the car, thats why i made this thread, but claiming i have cheap and fake parts etc isnt cool.
And here it is with the hood closed!

You obviously need something more in your life. You keep coming at me man and its not necessary. I've tried to keep my cool and you just keep taking shots at me. I haven't made any type of personal attacks on anyone. I just stated the car wasn't my style. You on the other hand are throwing the name calling around like you are in high school. Take a break pal I am not here to argue. Grow up man.Wow. Arrogant AND pretentious. :tsk:
Haha really, because your the one who keeps arguing and writing essays on how "cheap" this kid's car looks. You obviously need something more in your life. No...I dont think so. I have many friends, a loving family, a successful career, and all the toys I ever wanted. You obviously need something more in your life.
Just like it was unnecessary for you to go after the OP.You keep coming at me man and its not necessary.
My "shots" at you are my sincere observations. You come off as a pompous hoilier-than-tho know it all, so sorry man...I dont pull punches, and call 'em as I see 'em. If you cant take it, I recommend getting thicker skin.I've tried to keep my cool and you just keep taking shots at me. I haven't made any type of personal attacks on anyone.
Excuse me!? Would you care to point out where I called you a name?I just stated the car wasn't my style. You on the other hand are throwing the name calling around like you are in high school.
Im not your pal, and you cast the first stone by attacking the OP, then making rash (and incorrect) assumptions about him and his car.Take a break pal I am not here to argue. Grow up man.
:rofl:Don't worry about mjpgolf, my dad never told me to listen to a used car salesman........
Believe me ive been looking for a long long time for one in good condition but theyre all like $600! im still looking and im sure ill find one soon. I hope...325iAllday: You should pick up a ZHP or Sport steering wheel. It would help give your interior a more modern & sportier fit/feel.
I got it from umnitza. They offer to paint it for you for $150 and i had them paint mine but its peeling in one spot and chipping in a few others, if you know anyone that would paint it for you, id have someone else paint it for you. I can tell that the shop they had paint mine didnt prep it one bit and they didnt use primer either! The fitments perfect though!Nice car! Do you mind me asking where you picked up the Mtech2 front bumper from? Looking to get one myself. Thanks!
I'm not going to continue to argue here man. I need to apologize to the OP. I'm sorry and maybe I could've worded things different. I'm a member of some other auto forums because I own a few exotic sports cars and this forum has a younger generation on it that obviously has different taste than I do. I will learn to adapt to it and not to be so hard on them. I'm sorry to OP once again and I am sorry to you as well. We all have one thing in common here and its a love of cars so let's continue on and end this madness here.No...I dont think so. I'm a couple of decades over 30, and I pretty much agree with your assessment. However, I do like the YOUNG man's attention to maintenance.Hope we are all good here.
Btw the "knock off" dynavin is still 450 or so dollars so it's still not super cheap persay, and many members have this and it works fine and functions great some just dont have the funds or can justify paying 7-800 dollars on a dynavin, just ease up on the kid he's doing alrightI'm glad you've done your maintenance. I apologized and admitted I was wrong. I give this young man credit for staying on top of his maintenance and I understand that I should not have been so hard on him.Btw the "knock off" dynavin is still 450 or so dollars so it's still not super cheap persay, and many members have this and it works fine and functions great some just dont have the funds or can justify paying 7-800 dollars on a dynavin, just ease up on the kid he's doing alright
