Quite the transformation! We started a large renovation last spring... boy did we pick a bad year to do that with material prices! Is this what you do on your evenings and weekends lately?

Dang! Yeah I feel your pain on all fronts, we have two 5 year olds  and are about to purchase our drywall as well. Up Here OSB was about $10 a sheet last March, now it's almost $40!! It really is frustrating that prices have gotten so out of control, it's racketeering as far as I'm concerned.

Side note, many thanks to this forum I was able to perform my first major service (cooling system refresh) on my car successfully with no leaks and no lights on the dash!

Good luck with getting ready for inspections, smooth sailing after that 🤞

Current pic all dirty and muddy from the trip here and the dirt roads we've been traveling on in VT. Definitely the only lowered car I've seen around here! I'm still absolutely in love with this color and how good it looks even when filthy.

Glad she’s going to stay in your hands, and continue on with the swap as planned! Good for you. Though throwing a toddler temper tantrum can be fun as well 😂 I kid I kid. I was wondering the other day about your ACS wheels, looking forward to seeing you on the other side of this.

My experience is that your house project will stay at 85-90% done until you’re furiously finish nailing baseboards the night before your first showing.

I’m impressed you can still order new trim pieces.
Spot on. Buddy put his house on the market today. He’s a carpenter. Yesterday he was installing quarter round about an hour before pictures were taken 😂 He lived there 10 years

Glad things are moving forward for you, YJ/Saab(&BMW)man. Excited to see your wagon all pretty again.

I have to remind my girls every time they get in my cars “These are old, fragile cars so please be gentle.” 😂 I would like to make car girls out of them so I’m trying to be nice about it.

Always admire your work and sympathize on the “lots going on” aspect as well. We started building our new home adjacent to our old one over two years ago, and the end is nowhere in sight 😭 It’s nice to have this hobby to bounce in and out of though, many people don’t have that luxury.

I am so looking forward to seeing those wheels installed on your freshened up wagon when the time comes. Keep up the great work!

That looks fantastic. I love the wheel size, ride height and tire size. Sweet spot, nailed it. Your helper looks like she’s having fun too, love the safety glasses 👍🏻

honestly, facts! Few weeks ago I wacked a deer with my wagon. I already sourced a hood, and fender but they are different colors.. lol!

I'll be rocking a silver hood, and a steel blue fender for a bit. :ROFLMAO:
Yeah I had read (seen) that, what a bummer! I dread that day… Good luck with your repair.

Just be happy you guys aren’t dealing with woodchucks hiding out in your engine bays and undercarriages… They can be very destructive and aggressive. But so can I 😈
