You have to get the Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) turned on by your dealer. They're the inside lights, which also act as your high beams (flash to pass.) In order to turn on the inside lights, you have the pull the left stalk towards you, which flashes the lights. If you have a 2002 model w/ Xenons, then you have to push that same stalk forward to get it to keep your high beams on (which will be your Bi-Xenons.)
