Hi,

I posted my car in the new member's section last year, but nobody seemed to notice:bawling:, I hope it is not because of my car.

I bought it exactly one year ago.

It had sports package, 16:9 sat nav, heated leather seats, electric sunroof, PDC in the rear, style 135m wheels, automatic gearbox, Harman Kardon sound system, xenon headlights.

It looked like this, ie before the mods:4ngie:

I found a really nice set of genuine BBS Le Mans, sizes are 8,5 X 19 ET 32 all round. I fitted Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 tires (225/35/19)

Last update was a big (and expensive:rofl:) shipment directly from Aachen in Germany, actually I went to pick it up myself. I bought a set of carbon fibre interior trim elements, a carbon fibre gearknob, the footrest and pedals.

What did you end up doing with the aluminum trim as I'm sure plenty of people on the board would love to take it off your hands?
Although I am not planning on selling it yet, I tend to keep all my original parts, selling parts and then getting it original again is alot more expensive. During the winter months I like to get it as OEM as possible. Every spring it's like building a brand new car:loco::lmao:

They are Hamann PG3s. A few months ago I actually bought a set of these. They were 8,5 X 20 ET 38. But I sold them because I really love the timeless look of my LMs, especially because they are the real deal.

Here are a few pictures of the Hamanns:str8pimpi

This is a photoshop of the rear with a double exhaust. I think it would be a great update, wether it be just a tip or a complete rear silencer.

No I don't have the CH wheels, but they might be a great alternative to the LM whenever I get tired of them:)

why is ur car in D with the parking brake on in half ur pics?
I put it in D because that way I could take better pics of the gearknob, however I think they aren't very high quality anyway:tsk:

:thanks: for the nice comments

Diesel Power Rules
BTW - diesel power DOES rule!
Well, I know it's not an horsepower monster, but I really like it:4ngie:

I have cleaned the car, waxed it. I added my AC Schnitzer pedals (which had been lying in my trunk for over 3 months:tsk:) and adjusted the ride height just the way I like it. Here are some pics:str8pimpi

Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3, 225/35/19. I put on a 2 cm spacer in the back just for the pictures, but the car was on the tire:rofl:

Power Plus Engineering Rolling road session with remap

Hi,

Yesterday I went to Power Plus Engineering for a remap of the engine. Problem was that the automatic gearbox kept shifting back, even when it was in sequentiel mode, hence no precise horsepower and torque figures, but it should be around 185 horsepower at the flywheel. It already had 170 bhp @ 3000 rpm, then it shifted down.

Knowing that E46 M3s generally make about 320 flywheel horsepower on this bench, I am quite happy:)

On the way home it did 130 easily, more than enough to get along!

Here are some pics...

New update coming soon...

Hi,

I have finally purchased my Umnitza Predator Orion V2 angel eyes. They should be arriving by the end of next week. I hope the installation will be smooth. I am kinda scared about taking the headlights apart:eek:

Umnitza Angel eyes fitted

I thought it was very hard to get a few decent pictures of the angel eyes. I am very happy with the way they look on the car. Great product:bow:

After the summer I had my Le Mans wheels polished to a mirror finish. It's a bit hard keeping them clean, but I like the result.

EDIT: picture quality after resizing is just awful. It looks alot better in real life
