Several weeks ago, I replaced the sensors and pads on my wife's 325XiT. On the first caliper, when I compressed the piston back, the master cylinder cap was still on and fluid leaked past it. On the remaining 3 calipers, I had the cap off but no fluid leaked. I never opened any of the bleeders... Immediately after the new pads/sensors, the brake pedal was real soft. I have since gravity bled the brakes but the pedal still isn't right. Is there a bleeder for the master cylinder..? Is there a specific order to bleed the brake lines..? I'm now looking at getting a pressure bleeder ( Motive Products ) and trying again... I'm wondering if I blew a seal on the master cylinder too... :dunno:

Actually, I just read a thread in the DIY and I'm guessing it's just air in the system and I have to do a deep bleed including the ABS. I'm off to get some DOT 4 fluid now and will re-bleed...
