Those were made by hand
I don't get it -- the list of pinouts and what they're for are in the WDS too. Why do you need the factory training pdf? There is a list of pinouts and what they are for, by factory for mss54 and ms42. So I guess there should be one for ms45. I just wonder how different is the ms45 when compared to ms43.
Sure - just not through official tunes. So if I do move to the ZHP...will the emissions and other crap be able to be eliminated?

MS45.0? Yes. MS45.1? No. MS45.0 uses narrowband O2s like most other BMW ECUs. Software might be compatible between the two (if you flash it at the EEPROM level), but you'd still need to change some hardware outIs there a MS45 with euro tunes?

To turn an MS45.1 into an MS45.0 or vice versa? I think an EEPROM flash would be enough, but I cannot say with any degree of certainty. If it is enough, then you can run Euro Z4 code on a ZHP (if you change the precat O2s to narrow bands)Now would that require a new DME or a reflash of the EEPROM?

Congrats! Shame that the ms43 swap never finished, but I'm sure you'll enjoy your ZHP. If it isn't already at the latest software, I recommend updating it via WinKFPSo I bought a ZHP. this project is being scrapped on my end. If someone can document a straight swap and get a 2.8 M52 running MS43 I would love to see the gains.
