How good are these tires when driving thru the snow? Should I just invest in a set of snow tires or just upgrade my stocks since the Cont. are horrible anyway.

Anyone in the NE region use this type of tire this past weekend? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

TIA.

I have Michelin MXM4 all season tires and they worked great in the 50 inches of snow we received in Indy last winter. (That is a lot for central Indiana.) I recommend them.

Goodyear UltraGrip series are great winter tires
as well is the Dunlop Winter Sport M2/3 tires. I'd get the UltraGrip series if you are doing normal driving and the m2/3 series if you wanna drive your car more like you do in the summer.

i'm debating getting some ultra grips after the first of the year to replace the AS tires on my stock rims

given the fact that you're in NY, i'd get snows; i'm in the DC area where it doesn't snow as often & i went w/ all-seasons (due to the tread-wear)
