Runs were rolling from 20 to 80mph.

I was alone, the M5 had his friend in his car so I had the advantage.

First run: Slowed down to 20mph, I was in 3rd gear. He pulled 1.5 car lengths.

Second run: I started out in 2nd, I pulled 1/2 a car length on him and at about 80, he started reeling me in due to his HP advantage.

All in all, the S2 M5 is a very fast car and this guy's car looked immaculate. Thanks Daniel for the race if you ever read this.

I would say if he had a Dinan M5 then he could have 8 people in the car and he would still have the advantage.

He just dynoed his car today so I'll let him post his results. It was more than what he put down on his first dyno.

Bob I don't understand what you are saying...but I think you are trying to say that to have a chance with an m5 you would need an m3 because they are evenly matched?

and with a weight that is 600 lbs less than that of an m5 he has an excellent chance of beating an m5.

He makes as much hp at the rear wheels as you do at your motor and makes 50 more lb/ft of torque at his rear wheels than you do at your motor .....

Excellent. I'm not surprised you would be able to keep up your car is quite a bit lighter to start with. Have you had yoru car dynoed since you got the turbo finalized, I remember you saying last time you had some tweaks to make :dunno: :thumbup:
