hmmm, i've had great services from Shelley and Irvine. My friend have had great services from Assael, Crevier and Sterling.

hmm... my sister takes her audi to McKenna... much better service than Beverly Hills and Rusnak Audi ... but that's Audi service.. i guess BMW service isn't as good there

i've only taken my BMW to Assael and Pacific... i've had pretty good experience at both ...

i think how well you know ur service rep really makes a difference. I've been with my service rep ever since i got my car from shelley, then after he moved to irvine, i followed. he is EXTREMELY careful with my car and does an excellent job. He even documents all the visual cues from the car before serviecs so he has proof if something is damaged. AND, he writes a big sign on the car stating "BE CAREFUL". But thats my service rep. I'd recommend him anyday! :thumbup:

This is old news, I've made numerous posts regarding McKenna's bad service :thumbdwn:

I've only been to McKenna and New Century BMW in the LA area. McKenna screwed me over when I took my car in for 15Kmile oil service, but this past wknd when I took my car in, they fixed my sunroof(it came off track) and replaced my MAF sensor no questions asked. So it was a slightly more positive experience.

As for New Century, they were really nice to me even though I didn't buy my car there. However, it'd be even better if they offer to give me a loaner for the day. Although, they don't seem to be too mod friendly, IMO. They were asking about my DAE's, and my UUC swaybars.

Go to BMW of Baghdad. :lmao: :lmao: What you mean? I got mine from McKenna. They were wonderful. I got alot of discount from them. They treated me so well that in a couple of week I'll be purchasing a new M3 from them. hahhahqa
