hello was curious how do the power folding mirrors work for the e46 m3 i just upgraded from non folding manual mirrors and the door switch i got looks the same as the non folding mirror switch that i have, is there a certain way to toggle the switch to get to get them to fold up or down. just bought an m3 and haven't had a chance to figure it out but wanted to ask first.

the mirror control should have a button to actuate the fold feature.

I'd like my mirrors to fold automatically when i lock the car. Maybe someone from here has done something similar to theirs. Im pretty sure that it'll have to be integrated with the alarm system somehow. I've got Mongoose 2ndary alarm system which automatically closes all windows on locking. Probably it's possible to wire the folding function to the same system aswell. But how?
