Rear end is coming out for new bushings at just under 140k. Replacing guibo (several cracks) and pinion seal (leaking), CSB (I'm in there), RTAB (I'll have everything else apart), diff bushings (one needs replaced for cracks), etc..

Other than bearing movement, what do you guys consider replacement-worthy at this mileage? Center u-joint is still tight but there's 140k miles of slung grease around that area.

If there's anything else I should check/replace, I'd rather do it now while it'll be out than have to pull all this again.

Yeah, I too noticed the slung grease (great name for an indie rock band). If you have the money I’d have the driveshaft rebuilt by Driveshaft Specialist in San Antonio, Tx. It seems to be the consensus shop for a driveshaft rebuild.
