I am a new member and wanted to share my ride.

Like many of the forum members, we all are passionate about our cars in particular E46 Chassis. Many of us we didn't start our love affair the E46. Many of us had admired it from a far or in passing but today I can finally say I am a proud owner of 2004 E46 M3.

Previous Owner: M3 Forum member who owned it for Six years who purchased it from Enthusiast Auto. The car was originally from Texas and all the Dinan modification was installed by the previous owner in Texas.

I work in NYC but live in NJ. My daily driver is a 2009 Prius I know this sounds crazy but I think I know every damn pot holes in the Tristate NY/NJ area! Which of course I avoid even with my Prius!

Back a month ago, I was driving home in my daily driver (Toyota Prius) with my two sons. Unfortunately, a 75 year old lady driving a Jaguar coming from the other direction decided to turn left, crossing double yellow line and crashing into me. The Prius was totaled! The sad part about this story the little old lady told the Police Officer I came into her lane and hit her. But the damages and the way I was pointing clearly showed she ran into me. PO gave her two tickets. The silver lining - I was able to upgraded to 2009 335 i xDrive Dinan S3 6MT Msport package, Premium package etc.



The car was extremely loud for my liking especially during the cold start and any RPMs above 3500. The car came with Dinan Mufflers, AR Design Catless downpipes, and no silencer. Here is a clip of the cold start.

I had to replace the OEM silencer back onto the car. I guess I am too old for a loud car! Thanks for looking!

Quick update .. Changed out my interior trim back to the original titanium trim




also reinstalled the OEM Chrome Kidney Grilles. Next will reinstall the chrome side grills too.

Picked up a set of Amber tail lights and OE CSL Boot! Can't wait to have these installed.
