I might have the option for 9.5 in the rear later so please advise that one too

I have a 2000 323ci with 19 x 8.5" F/R. I run 235/35 all the way around. I had 265/30 on the rear with no rolled fenders and a Dinan stage II suspension. There was light rubbing if I took a bump or dip too fast. It also did not handle as balanced. I would go with 235/35 all the way around or maybe 245/35 out back if handling means more to you than the "flash" of a fat rear tire. I am currently on Michelin PS2's, by far the best IMO. I had Conti, Nitto and Dunlop go with the PS2 if you can swing them $$$$$. You can also call tire rack and ask for the rec. tire sizes for the size rim you choose.
