1st off. Mods please dont move this as noone goes in the DIY forum. Atleast dont move for a day.

Anyway, I got my trim off and pulled my old LCM out but I cant figure out how to get the wiring harness off the old one to put in the new LCM. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ill try to post a pic up in a few mins. Thanks!

Also, do I need to bring the LCM over to the dealership to get flashed before I install it or do I install the LCM and then have the computer flashed? Thanks

looks like the harness on the back of the gauge panel.

in regards to the pic:

Try putting forward (towards you) pressure on the top of the white piece the white part in front of the wires over the black "mound(?)"

CLem thats what I thought but that black mound thingy has to come out too

BTDT: push down on the black tab in the middle of the picture and rotate the white clip toward you (toward the back of the car).
