I was just wondering if those of you with poly-LCABs have noticed a difference in front end lift with acceleration and nose diving reduction when braking hard? I replaced the same bushings in my Subaru with poly and this is called ALK or Anti Lift Kit. Now the ALK mount on my Subie's was turned just a little compared to the original which also created some negative caster to improve on the lift/dive reaction and Im not sure if the BMW versions do this as well too. This mod was definitely worth it in my WRX cause the front would lift a lot once the turbo kicked in and after the kit it was just solid. Your input is appreciated. This is what I have installed on the Rex.
