I was on the optima web site and found nothing for BMW's. I use to run a red top in my Jetta GLI years ago. I was not impressed. When my battery sh1ts the bed I'm thinking of trying a stinger if I can find one for a convertible.

I used an OPTIMA "Red Top" and a "Yellow Top" and i too am Not Impressed. still having a draining issue in a week or so

Kinetik is the way to go! NEVER let me down. from the smaller 600 to the larger 3600. they are the best ive used!

Go to jeepforums and search for the optima, they will all tell you that they once were great, but now they are crap. They stop working on jeepers all the time. Apparently cells can die out quickly
